R9 Fury X VS G1 Gaming GTX 980 Ti

I checked a lot of comments on FuryX and 980ti, I discovered that if you only use just one card ,then 980ti seems better...although if you plan to upgrade your gigs someday to two cards sli/cf ,2 furyx CF's performance seems better. For me, I prefer furyx because for some reason I don't quiet understand, AMD cards color( graphics on screen) seems more vibrant. I'm not 100% sure, just in my experience. And I don't really care about DX12 or something. FuryX and 980ti, except 2GB VRAM difference, their performance basically the same.

I wanna say the Fury X scales better in CF than the 980Ti in SLI, but you'd have to double check that. I forget where I heard/saw it, but I'm almost positive I did somewhere.

I think the two cards trade blows if ran in CF/SLI though. But again, you'd have to double check since I really haven't seen to much about that around so I'm not exactly the greatest person to ask.

I have 980ti's in sli and there amazing

4k ultra 60fps every game

Including witcher and gtav

The 980tis stock sli beat the fury x cf od'ed

I did a lot of reaearch when choosing between

Glad I went nvdia no issues

MSI 980ti G6 1506mhz slix2 -

h110 pull - acer xb270hu 1440p -

I see that you have the msi gtx 980 ti. Is that a better card than the gigabyte?

I don't no as I don't have the gigabyte

But the msi is awesome

If u have any questions about the msi one il be happy to help

Single card or sli ?

Single card temps are topping out at 77

And they are virtually silent

Sli top card is 83 and both cards are still very quiet the hdd is louder than them
