I think he means he's actually in the process of building it now and has run into problems.

You probably didn't connect the front panel headers correctly. Might wanna check the manual on what way to connect the pins.

Did you make sure the switch on the back of the PSU is switched into the "I" position? Double check your front panel connectors are connected according to the manual. 

You should have jumped it outside the case first before putting it all together.

The power sw hdd led and power led +/- is on jfp1 and The reset sw is on jfp2

You have them in the wrong order. Power switch should be upper right.

 

Edit: Switch the 2 LEDs around and move the power switch up. Then plug in the reset where you had the power switch
