Hi, i am thinking of making a logo for my business, but I am new to GFX and dont know what programs to use.\

 

Any help would be much appreciated, I would love some support and guidance if possible.

Gimp Definitely, Buying photoshop just to create a logo is kindof stupid.

 

You can pay professionals who'll make better ones with your intructions and inspirations. Just make sure they're really professionals and using Illustrator instead of photoshop.

I have gimp but I don't know how to utilise it, any tutorials? And with CC I don't have much spare cash.

I learned Gimp by using it a lot, not by any tutorials so not sure what to recommend.

How much of a beginner are you? Maybe I can give some tips.

yeah I probably will get the trial, I want to learn it myself though so I can do it again in the future

Yeah, ill go looking soon, just wish adobe programs weren't so expensive.

 

I dont think they are too bad, I pay monthly and got a decent deal
