Hi i need some suggestions what fans to use on cooller im having now since im confuced now long story short stock fan's is broken and i tought since its heatsink i need presure fan so i bought sp120 QE and sory but im got into troble sp fans sucks on this heatsink .... original single fan hold oced cpu loaded on 49c and now 2x sp fans on idle stock spead voltages and.... is 42-43c load reach even 60 and with occt it stops test as soon as ram reach 90%+ jump core temps go rocket high and its not because summer room temp is 22c so its same as it was with older fans im now confused what to do but if you have some good offers for bether fans would be nice im thinking more about PWM fans and im aware about noctua but price is not for me they are to expencive for me and probably until now you understanded that sp EQ was because i like silent pc so delta is far from options for me =D and PWM because i have ASUS Sabertooth 990fx ;) ty all in advance

Oh i'm sorry I don't know the name of every cooler on the market, maybe you should of said something in the post. Some spell check would be nice to. Get SP120

i was thinking about them but i looked at what they are on paper they have nether good air flow nor presure so buy another fans and have no performance boomp wouldint be good i think thing is stock coolers seemed to be air optimized so i think maybe i should use corsairs AF120Performance? PWM with good palance in bios?

The SP120's are about the best for the money and I see you wrote SP120 but I couldn't figure out what you were trying to say. You don't have to be Mr.Perfect just make it so it is readable.

heatsinks and rads work differently, you use airflow style fans for heatsinks and static pressure style fans for rads, it's why you don't see someone putting GT's on a heatsink :P

at what you are writing all the time since your 1st post i gues its more that you cant read then i cant write good its writen clear there that i bought sp120 used them and didnt like there performance for temps....

 

P.S. would love to hear something from ppl who actually use heatsinks with aftermarket fans not ppl who watch youtube and sudenly knews everythink ;) (ow yea i seen noctua nf-f12 is best wow rly probably not because of that they are most expencive too.. sp120 good too bevcause few reviews said they should be good but hell no the are not maybe for rads they are but not for heatsink i use atleast)....

if GT is GentleTyphoon 120 mm i was considering puting them since they have not only presure but huge airflow too:

Fan Speed:

3,000 rpm / 4,250 rpm / 5,400 rpm

Noise Level:

36.5 dBA / 44.0dBA / 50.5dBA

Airflow:

83.0 CFM = 141 m³/h

116.5 CFM = 198 m³/h

150.1 CFM = 255 m³/h

but 50.5dBA would be killing me =D and those fans start spining at around 6v and from 7 they are loud already well 3k rpm is normal sound 5-7v works from around 3,5v so as pwm might be an option since noctua NF-S12A pwm has ~107m³/h ~18dBA so would be nice to knew more about more options corsair AF120PE at ~107m³/h too but there is no PWM of AF120 PE and ty balancer would be prety overkil for heatsink and budget ...

i will check but is there any particular fan that i should focus? since if they make lot of fan then probably they make much of diferent too and from photos i seen in google they look like cheap Titan and other brands who might make your head explode =D most important is that i look for pwm fans to make them spin dependent on temps of cpu so they could be silent when i browsing and stuf and they can be a bit loud when im gaming since i ussually play with loud music or headphones so i wount hear them ;)

well i do some counting maybe they after all will be god for me ;) but seems like they are cheaper then GTyphoons but alot louder at same cfm almost 5dBA diff is abit big

Check out silverstone AP 123 if you can. I don't think they have pwm but they are worth checking out.
