Check out silverstone AP 123 if you can. I don't think they have pwm but they are worth checking out.

i will look out for them thnx m8 ;) i did look some info about them and they are only 31.4 CFM since i need more cfm for heatsink then presure and they are already 1,5k rpm i dont think its for me at this point but they would be great in front of the case for gpu feeding air for sure

Thats actually the opposite, You want more static pressure for your heatsink so it can push all that air through the fins.

i tought so too but i compared biger airflow fans vs biger static presure on my heatsink and gues what =D airflow win maybe my heatsink issint that dence like rad im not sure anyways i found great fan but cand buy it anywhere near me (UCCLA12P | Cluster Advance 12cm) is prety desent in everything ~87cfm and 2,4Static presure and only 21dBA on 12v +its pwm it would be great i gues but cant buy them nowhere close to me im not even speaking about my country retailers =D will have to look at german shops i gues.... and its over distance of 1000Km =DD
