which of these two should i buy ?!

i'm upgrading my gpu so i want some advise i have a 1080p display should i get 
GTX 970 4GB ( actual 3.5 Vram ) 
or
R9 390 Nitro 8GB 
or 
R9 380 Nitro 4GB 

ps : the Gtx 970 is cheaper than the r9 390 where i live so does the Vram matter for future game ??

390 will probably be better of the bunch, 970 is also great too :D

How much cheaper is the 390?  I'd still go with a 390 btw.

50$ more .. and i don't see the difference other than the 4.5 Vram which i probably won't use

It's more "future proof" than the 970 with the 8gb of usable vram which you may or may not use in the future.  Good insurance.

I'd pick the 380 8gb tbh. More leg room doesn't hurt.
