Update BIOS help

I have a Asus A88x-plus mobo and I would like to update the bios because I am using the new A10-7800k APU. Also I am getting blue screens therefore I want to try to update BIOS. I downloaded the BIOS file and it is a CAP file. what do I do afterwards?

I'm in the exact same situtation .

I'm here trying to install my new Xeon, I put it in and BAM BSOD. So I flipped my old one back in and got another Erorr..

I already removed my APU so I can't go back. I can still boot to desktop but afterwards........BSOD, I need someone to help me.........

I think I can update now since asus AI suite is helping. I wish you luck in updating your mobo. Its a pain and I wish manufacturers are able to just sent out BIOS USBs upon request.
