...or for the same price as the Pentium + overclocking board and cooler you could get an i3... Also even for an HTPC, I would stick to 8GB of RAM, from my experience any tiny memory leak/issue and BOOM all gone. Also the SSD is too small and a bad one anyways, go with a Samsung 850 EVO 120GB.

If you are going to add GPU later, I'd avoid the CX series PSU.

Get something nice from EVGA, like G2/GS series PSU.

That SSD is terrible. Don't get that.

I would suggest a better psu. Something like the Seasonic G Series 450W.

Kingston V300 ssd are not well liked. Besides a 120GB+ would be a better choice.

You should take a look at other motherboards. Something like the Asrock H97 Anniversary is much less expensive and will still let you oc the G3258.

You might stick with the stock cpu cooler. It is very reliable and does a decent job. Although it will be a little noisier at load.

Consider a 2x2GB memory kit. Dual channel memory operation does make a bit of a difference.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

As other have said:

Get a different SSD (Crucial M series, Samsung Evo, anything intel etc)

Go with H97 board. I doubt you will want to deal with added heat from overclocking, and thats all you are getting by going with a Z board.
