Cheap laptops ideas?

I'm looking for some cheap laptops that have a few requirements. I have looked at the HP Stream 8, the Hp Stream 13, and the Acer Aspire e11 es1-111m.

 

I do play Steam and Origin games. the newest that needs some juice is Need For Speed: Most Wanted (2012) and maybe Dirt 3.

 

I would like a quad-core CPU, with some good speed, and a min ram of 2gb, but I would like to be able to add more RAM if need be.

And finally either Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 64-bit versions, no 8, or RT, or even the win10.

 

So any thoughts? Any suggestions?

my suggestion is dont bother with a laptop with less than 6GB ram.

True, It started fine, then it crashed just as i was about to drive away....

For comparsion, the Intel HD 5500 which is found in most ULV CPUs of the current generation gets ~25 FPS at 13x7 on low settings.

anything that can handle stuff on low settings? I dont mind having a graphics card, but it just needs speed and able to add more RAM.
