Well for gaming, it won't increase your performance. Don't worry about it unless you're doing industry-grade work or something of that sorts. 

 

Also pretty much have 2133Mhz is even less beneficial because it costs more and has a higher CAS rating...

Is there any severe performance loss between a 16GB DDR3-1600 and a 16GB DDR3-2133?
