Ubuntu combined with the .iso burning powers of Mac os x leopard saved me today...

 

 

If you are unaware of what i'm talking about you should mozy on down to the troubleshooting section

 

Never used linux before and i'm loving what it has done for me, typing this from the machine I was having issues with installing windows on right now
