Is anyone else excited for it? 

 

I kind of want this to be my first MMO. 

 

It seems very optimistic but im not sure about if it will be good or not :p

 

any thoughts?

lol sorry I don't follow MMO's :D

This is supposed to be like a remade MMO and it (We hope) will re make how they are played and made.

My MMO experience was spoiled by WoW (at the age of 14, I played the living shit out of that game for about a year), and after that, I played many other MMOs, but none of them really gave that same excitement that WoW did when I first started playing. I played Everquest and that was actually the worst one I played; although the new one might be better.

 

I'd suggest you try out Aion, that was the only one that actually came close to my experience with WoW.

Put it this way I thought I would never get my son's mom to play a game other than WOW but it definitely looks like she will give Everquest Next a chance.  The ability to create, share, and maybe make some money is nice but what I really like is how the game looked graphically.  With the disappointment of EQ2 I am so glad they didn't mess this up.  I can't wait to play.

Oh and it is free to play but I know I will have no problem giving them some of my money.  Hopefully this game will not have the messed up camera of GW2 otherwise I will stop playing it immediately.

Too many ****ing games!  Back log 4 life! :S
