HELP ME PLZ Game keeps freezing

i was playing Csgo and i noticed my game froze every 30 secconds so it went from 500 fps to 0 and it keeps happening on every game i play such as Minecraft Wow  leage of l  and basicly every game

 

My specs are: Processor Intel® Core i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz Manufacturer Intel Speed 4.0 GHz Number of Cores 4 Video Card AMD Radeon R9 200 Series Manufacturer ATI Chipset AMD Radeon R9 200 Series Dedicated Memory 4096 MB Total Memory 4.0 GB Memory 34 GB Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 10240), 64-bit Service Pack 0 Size 64 Bit Edition

'R9 200' doesn't really help much, but have you ever tried to OC in Catalyst overdrive? Try turning overdrive off if you have. If you clock it too high it becomes unstable and all sorts of stuff happens like stuttering, which you are having now.

What R9 200 series GPU is it? It could range anywhere from R9 260X's up too R9 390X....

What R9 200 series GPU is it? It could range anywhere from R9 260X's up too R9 390X....

Try a fresh install of the drivers and see what happens. It may also be a WIN10 issue.  

EDIT: Do you only have 4GB of system memory? If so you may be running out of memory.
