...Change?..What..and How?

I ended up seeing this question as part of an assignment coming up:

 

"Please identify a behavior that you want to change. Indicate why you want to change and discuss the implications (what life will look like for you) if you successfully change."

 

I'm rather confused as to what behavior I could want to change as I am legitimately FORCED to pick one and have a good reason why as I have to share with several other people. 

 

...notes:

  I hate self disclosure. 

 I don't mind any of the behaviors which I do really to help "improve" my life and am stumped.

 

 

 

So, could I have a few examples of what you would guys would do? or some brainstorming of what I could do?

I did that question once and I gave a reason as to why I thought the question had nothing to do with me as I liked all aspects of myself and that changing anything would have changed the person they see standing here today. The teacher didn't care for my answer and told me to pick one so I said this class. I still passed the class. Teacher told me I had guts and that she was happy to see one person that was happy their self image, but she told me this a week after that particular day.
