Build Planning for a friend £900-1000 budget

canmanu

Hey guys!

My friend has told me that he wants to buy a PC (he currently uses a laptop), I can assemble it fine, but I don't trust myself with the choosing of the components, so any help would be appreciated :)

The maximum budget is £1000 (location is the UK), he said he wants to buy windows, but has the peripherals, so all we're looking at are the case and what is inside. He will mainly use it for video editing, live streaming, playing games, recording and his uni engineering work.

Thanks Guys!
