so my stupid pump/res combo has plastic threads, and it got a bit stripped, now there is a small thin peice of plastic floating in my res.

Should I worry at all?

I dont think it will get sucked down, and there is no good way to remove it.

Shouldn't be too big of a worry as long as it floats if you have a syringe and short length of small silicone tubing you can try to suck it out.

Not really, there is a stupid top so you cant stick anything in, unless its very small.

So i could do that, but i dont have very small tubing.

the top has a plate that just has 4 small holes behind the fill port.

Even a drinking straw wont fit.

Ill just leave it there.

Yeah the Photon res, I know what you mean, after trying to fill mine and having an accidental spill I got a few syringes to get past that cross piece.

yeah, when i first filled it, i stuck a straw down there, and I wasnt looking, and it came out, and it spilled a bunch of water in my PC.

luckily just got the fans wet due to my case.

But now in my home theater cabinet, i have a propper fillport at the top of the cabinet i can just easily unscrew and fill.
