maybe set the clocks manually?

So... If Jesus had the gold, would he buy himself out instead of waiting 3 days for the respawn?

Try setting the clock speed manualy, i can't see anything wrong with doing that

Take the temp bar to 94C, then check if it increases. You may have to restart after you set in your settings.

That is your problem, never use beta drivers, download latest non beta drivers.

I'm using the beta drivers and have no problems. These are the most stable drivers since at least the last two driver iterations.

Reinstall your drivers. I've had this before.

I've also had the opposite - pinned at full 3d clocks for no reason until a driver reinstall. (not bitcoin virus).

I assume you've tried restarting. This happened to my 650 Ti, and restarting fixed it. However, for a 780 not sure what's happening there. As others have said, check your PSU output, the power on paper for it looks fine.

If all else fails, reinstall drivers or (hopefully not) RMA :o.

try turning on k-boost in the overvolting menu, makes it run flat out all the time rather than stepping down when it's not in use.
