I'm having some problems.

First off, I noticed you do not have the client-type advanced Flag set on the GPU slot - check the Folding FAQ for that. Will make you availble to get Core17 projects,

 

Also, some WU's yeild a lot fewer PPD then others. Just because you been getting 10K for the past few weeks, doesn't mean with project X you may only get 4k. Luck of the draw my friend. But definately get that flag set.

 

As for the laptop, what specs? I know mine was amazingly slow. :) And I have a corei7 mobile... Ended up not being worth it as the unit got so bloody hot.

I've noticed that recently I've had a very low PPD and I have no idea what is causing it. (Screenshots below)

While you're here my laptop says that it's folding, however when I go into the control, there is no ETA or PPD and is stuck at 0%

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the help, it just doubled my PPD. As for the laptop it has an Intel i5 2450m. The only reason I'm doing it on my laptop is because it isn't actually doing anything so I thought I might as well put it do good use.

 

Edit: Turns out my laptop was actually folding, just extremely slowly. 3 days for one WU to be precise.

Ya, laptop mobile chips are pretty weak. If it is just sitting there and it can handle the heat, fold away! :D

If you are folding on your main rig, make sure you are folding on 3 cores. amd gpus need some cpu power to run at full potential
