so yeah. i know this is spammed on this forum and everywhere but i havent found any help for my problem and i dont like it that i have to restart my pc every other 2 hours or so... 

i have used poolmon to find the problem and here are the top 5 tags:

i just typed findstr / s Proc *.* on cmd (admin) and now its just characters or actually spamming them.

over time when im running only some programs like chrome and steam or maybe none, my ram usage goes from the regular 40% to 95-99% to the point when i cant even open taskmanager...

the lover copy & paste from poolmon is after restart and the upper is when i've been idling or gaming etc. for 1-2 hours

Keep Task Manager running in the background with programs listed by RAM usage. Also run a scan with your antivirus.

I had this problem, did a fresh install and it seems fine again.

i have done this and it doesn't show anything unusual.
