Hello,

So i built my computer a few days ago and everything seemed to be running fine.

My ram is ddr3 2400cl11 ram that was actually running at 1600 cl11.

I tried to run it at 1600 cl9, but the computer wasnt stable at all so i reset cmos and turned everything back to default. I enabled xmp and put the ram at 2400 cl11 at 1.65v (its rated speed and voltage). Now my computer refuses to boot, although the lights on the mobo are on so it is receiving power. When i press the power button nothing happens, whether it is the one on the case or mobo.

I tried removing the battery and it didnt work.

I tried removing and moving ram around but it didn't work.

Any help will be appreciated.

If your motherboard has BIOS reset onboard, try it then Power On.

My motherboard does not have a second bios chip.

But you can perform the BIOS reset as if you know how to do the Jumper method.

Watch this if you don't know

If you motherboard comes with Clear CMOS button or BIOS reset button, do it. and then try.

Disconnect everything, keep only the nessesary. Try one stick of memory at a time, if possible, try completely different stick. Disconnect GPU and HDD-s too.
Switch PSU to "off" state .... push power button for 20-ish seconds, plug back in. Try turning on.
Leave only keyboard, try different ports.
Disconnect front bay items, extra usb.
