My H90 stock fan broke so i bought the AF120 to replace it but now i've read that the AF120 are case fans not radiator fans, and that i need the SP120, but i live in Brazil and these fans are considerably expensive, will it make that much of a difference? does it have a problem to keep the af120?

the H90 uses a 140mm fan, not 120mm...

also corsair fans are very loud for not so great performance

look for a 140mm fan from noctua, noiseblocker, bequiet, or another high quality brand

You can use the AF120 on your radiator, it is just that the SP120 would cool better as radiators of mid-high fin density respond well to a fan that can push the air flow further, which is indicated by the static pressure. The higher the static pressure a fan has, the better for cooling radiators.

These fans are great for radiators.

If there as expensive as Noctua's, then just get a Noctua fan. If not, then get an SP series fan.

Noctua doesn't sell in south america unfortunately.
