you got the wrong motherboard, you need fm2+ AM3+ is for FX CPUs. And 2133 or 2400 MHz ram is highly needed, the APU will perform better with high speed ram, 1600 will be to slow for the APU.

If you are going for dedicated GPU, don't get APUs.

Go for i3 instead.

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

It seems like you are going to do some light gaming on the system (beacuse of the dediated GPU) and in that case you should not use an APU since well they are pretty bad for that purpose. And for the cost of that one you could get a pretty good i3 or even an FX-8320 both of those will be a much better choice for gaming than the APU.

FX-8350 GTX760 16GB RAM 250GB SSD + 1TB HDD

yes i agree with you, the 280x outperforms it, but only slightly. the 280x also runs hotter. r9 380 is cheaper as well. up to the end user i guess........

no the 280x costs about the same as the 380 just look at my build there is absolutely no reason to not get the 280x if you budget can only fit in a $200 card
