Help With The Monitors!

Hi ..

 

 

I am currently about to finish my 1000$ build and need help buying a new monitor..... its just that I want something around 27" and also it should be cheap and not too much expensive ... I am gonna use it for my photo editing and game-streaming/gaming.

 

 

Also I have an old 17" LCD Viewsonic monitor and I don't wanna sell it.... can I use it as a second screen on this same system..?
