Explains itself really... It's clearly a hardware issue, "power failure". It's a bad drive or it isn't getting enough power.

Seems that it's a hardware problem. I suggest that you do a full shutdown (not a hybrid one), unplug the power cable from the PC, remove the battery (if it's a laptop), wait 10 seconds, then start it back up.

People pls if the drive wasn't getting power it would be detected at all...

 

Can you see it in the BIOS? Do you have a bootdisk you can test it with?

Try going to the driver tab and disabling it then reenabling it.

Windows 10? You can install yours OS using a usb
