High Ram usage windows 10?

I just upgraded to windows 10 the past week and I used to idle at 20-30 percent ram usage, but now I'm at 78 percent. Any reason why?

Do this and let me know if its still there. Restart after doing it.

Runtime broker is known to have a memory leak, but it is visible. (Meaning that you will see it using 2GB+ of RAM)

Were you downloading games from Steam? I have an issue that is very similar where if I download stuff from Steam it causes a memory leak, but it doesn't show up in task manager.

Are all drivers updated for windows 10? When was the last time you scanned for malware?

There are no malwares in my computer, but I'm seeing if there are drivers now.

I'd scan to be sure.... I've seen so many people on this forum complain about windows 10 when their problem was malware leftover from the previous OS.
