Can I overclock my GTX 745 OEM 4GB DDR3 memory from 1.8 Gbps to 7 Gbps?

No. The card would catch fire/stop working, too much voltage over a single input.

 

That and you wouldn't be able to do that without hacking the bios to a custom version.

Talk about ambitious...that's almost four times the base memory clock...

Reminds me of me trying to overclock my old athlon to 6GHz... Doesn't work. It will probably shut down or cause some weird issues. 

You'll be happy getting it to 2gbps to be honest.

A 20 % overclock is usually considered good, and you want 400+%... not gonna happen.
