The exdisplay, means it's an ex-display item

 

vtx3d is the brand, which i have seen maybe once before... Don't really know much about them.

Had a 7950 of that brand, caseking sells those in Germany.

Just your basic dual fan card, they work fine but dont expect premium features like

backplates and nasa engeneered super micro nano coated stealt biometric fans and sixtuple and a half

2 1/2 inch heatpipes with with direct touch fur coated and gold plated base plates.

 

Usually 10-20 bucks cheaper than the other cards.

As mentioned, 'VTX3D' is the company/brand name.

 

PowerColor, and VTX3D are part of a larger corporation named 'TUL.'

In North America they are known as PowerColor, while in the European countries they use VTX3D.
