Swapping out the ol' GPUs

So, i have 2x EVGA 670 SC 4GB in SLI in my current rig. I've found a original GTX Titan for 350 USD, and im thinking about swapping my mATX into a mITX.

I'm guessing i could get both of my 670's sold for around the same with some effort... Hopefully...

So just a basic question, would this be a good deal? I'm guessing i would get as good if not better performance?   B)
