My friend is unable to play runescape because his laptop refuses to run chrome on the nvidia chip. Instead it uses the intel hd graphics.

Ive been on his pc for 3 hours using teamvieuwer and cant find the solution. Changing the setting to nvidia chip in the nvidia control panel is not working, and neither chrome or java can be forced to run on the nvidia chip. Installed latest drivers etc etc etc Im not a super tech expert but I've encountered problems like this before on my own laptop and was able to easily fix it.

His laptop is a dell 5110 and he got win8 pro and it has a gt525m gpu.

He upgraded his hardrive to a samsung 840 pro SSD a few days ago and since then has this problem. Never had this problem before.

Please help if you can!

I think it's possible to download the executable version of the game.

It should be on the front page.
