Computer Restarts right when I switch it on ?

As the title implies my computer would restart and take me to the Asus American megatrends page thing where i press f1 to run setup any idea why? My PSU is a Thermal take Smart SE 730 (semi modular)

Surge protection?

CPU fan not detected?

 

It should say something at the bottom when asking to press F1.

i havent over clocked it though if i leave my PSU switch on and then turn on the power from mains it bursts with a small boom

Remove 1 stick of memory and try to boot it up on one stick. If it reboots still then turn it off and swap memory and try again.

Could you expand what you mean?

 

You turn it off / on from the mains and the PSU sparks?

Not really sparks it's just electricity coming in quick and if the psu was screwed the computer wouldnt turn on ?
