It is a shameful momment for me to have to request help when building a computer... but im honestly lost.

Im trying to build a Low - Mid range computer

ITX form factor for my girlfriend.
She plans to use it for minor video editing and playing sims 4.

I rarely do builds under 1000$ so Im kind of lost.

budget is 700$

Case MUST be: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/SingleProductReview.aspx?reviewid=4030779
Would prefer a system that pulls under 450W

Any assistance would help

All prices in canadian

actually it's about as powerful as a 960 so you can choose whichever one of these two

or if you have money to blow get a 290/x/390/970

AMD Athlon X4 750k; Gigabyte F2A88XM-DS2; 8Gb Corsair XMS 1600 Mhz; AMD Hd5670 1Gb DDR3; Bequiet E6-600W; W7 Ultimate x64

Don't need something as powerful as a gtx 960,

Its going to be 720p (Maybe 1080p) for gaming.

Plus she doesn't know the difference between 30 fps and 60fps.

So Idd like to keep the graphics card around a 260 / 370

if at all possible unless video editing will benfit from a better card.
