G27 not being recognized as 900Degrees

So my G27 is stuck at 200Degrees rotation no matter what I try to change it to 900/780. I tried making profiles in logitech profile, checking windows drivers settings and changing it in game but its still only 200degrees. Help? Heres a video:

Yeah mine is too.

I asked here and got it.
