PC using all RAM after a while

Whats up guys! Hope everything is good. So what is happening is that my pc will use all my RAM (16 GB) the longer I use the pc. If I look at task manager System is kind of using all. Its the top RAM user but are only using 1 GB, atleast thats what task manager is saying. I dont know what is causing this. I have used malware bytes and that didnt fix it . At the end the pc is using all 16 GB and pc will freeze

 

I hope you can give some ideas I can try

Reinstall Windows.

At least I think that's really the main qua to fix it.

or try finding out which application is causing it and uninstall

you can see in much more detail what is using your RAM in the windows resource manager, it's a surprisingly good little tool
