Annoying Google Chrome Problem

Hi guys, I have been having this problem recently and it is annoying when typing (happening when typing this). You know when you go out of the browser by clicking on the taskbar? It is kind of like that but doing it by itself like every few seconds. I might upload a video to be more clear.

lol about my profile pic. But to point I am a desktop user. I also use google docs quite a bit so going on explorer is a problem.

I have LTT and a utube video open a chrome is using 85MB of RAM, thats nothing. I could have easily 20 tabs before reading 1GB of RAM
