My only compint with them is how fricking tight they are on my head, i cant wear them for more than 20 min before i have to take them off cuz my ears are hurting, can i make them looser and not hurt my head.

Put them on a pillow that's folded in half, or something about the same size as your head.
The clamping force will get broken in over time.

You could also try replacing the ear pads with NVX/Brainwavz ones.

 

I've tried it on my M30x and the sound didn't change all that much and is much more comfortable.

The tension in nearly all headphones is from spring steel. If you crack a headband doing this it was bound to fail anyway.
