I would try to disassemble the laptop and lube the bearings. if this does not help, then you probably need a new fan.

I wouldn't recommend folding on a laptop. When things like this happens, kinda hassle try to fix it than on a desktop.

thats probably not it then. another thing you can do is just simply blow into it using a straw and your mouth, but keep in mind the moisture.
