I am planing a new build for a pc gaming pc god enough to smoothly run games and last at least a few years before it can be upgraded with better parts. I have built a few pcs in the past but I need help with what parts I should use. Currently have $1000 to use on this build

Add that Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3  FFS it has 8 threads no stopit intel grapichs but its yeah locked since xeon its perf of an I7 unless you want better core clocks on the I5 mostly not worth over the 8 threads.
