I would highly prefer a Mini-ITX build and I actually plan on underclocking the CPU to around 3-3.3 GHz.

Are you buying from one reseller?? If you buy from different resellers you'll be paying for different shipping. Thats why I hate people using PCpartpicker without a "one seller" approach.

Tone down the price on that motherboard...a $50 one will do you fine. I'd get a 60GB SSD for boot times if I were you.

Kinda looking into one with WiFi on it. That or I'll just get an NZXT Source 210 and a WiFi card. Also highly wanting an mini-ITX build anyways
