Don't bother with the 960 4gb, the 960's bus cannot support much more than 2gbs, meaning nearly 0 performance increase coming from a 2gb model. Its there for marketing pretty much, sadly enough.

 

Look at the 280X if there are any in your region, if they're in stock nearby then they are going to be around the same price, and offer better performance, and 1gb more of actual usable vram.
