Budget cpu cooler for my specs

Jornuts

So yeah I am strugeling to get one.

My specs:

i5 4590

Bitfenix ronin case

Z97 pro gamer (Must use the ram sockets closest to cpu)

Crucial Ballistix Elite 8GB Kit 4GBx2 DDR3 1600 PC3 --- this ram is very tall

I was thinking of buying a zalman cnps8x or 10x cooler - its very cheap where I live.

What do you think? =)

Why do you have a 4590 on a Z-Board?

Z boards are used for overclockable CPUs

The 4590 can't because it's locked

You won't need a cooler

Stock cooler = Loud

Some people buy Z boards just Incase they plan on upgrading to a unlocked CPU. They are only like $30 difference sometimes the same.

As for a budget cooler get a BeQuiet! Pure Rock. Very quiet and will keep, your CPU cooler then it has to be.

Ah, I see now

Just try to buy a cheap and reliable cooler while maybe saving up for a 4690k

Preferably a Hyper 212 EVO
