Who always seems to be getting different products through the post that what I actually ordered ! Is so annoying , so I ordered the zalman z11 plus case via novatch and they sent me the normal z11 meaning its doesnt have USB 3.0 or the built in blue l.e.ds in the fans. Obviously I am going to be sending back , but this always seems to happen to me , do I just have bad luck or do other people get the same thing ?

Happened to me a few times it's usually caused buy the seller not knowing what he is selling or accidentally getting the wrong description (e.g. on eBay).

I think you're just getting unlucky.

The annoying thing is tho is that it got delivered 10 mins after there customer service closes meaning I have to wait until tomorrow to try and get it sorted out . I must just be an unlucky person

That sucks man.

 

I've been lucky so far, I've never had this happen. Well, I once bought 16GB memory card for my PlayStation Portable years ago which turned out to be a disguised 2GB one, but that's quite different. Confound that mischievous bugger! >_<

Last thing I ordered was an SSD and it came in about 3 days :D

The only times I've ever gotten things that I don't want delivered to my house was when I've ordered the wrong thing. Last time I did that was when I bought my monitor, I bought a similar product by the same manufacturer except this one was TN not IPS.

Just bad luck LOL Or its just a bad company but i don't know ive never herd of them.

There quite a popular PC store in the uk along with scan and ebuyer , they were voted best PC store of 2012 or 11 not to sure , and they have multiple stores around the country
