Looks fine to me.

I just don't know why you would want a low profile air cooler for your CPU if you can have a full size one.

Only issue I see is you are using a single 8GB stick. The CPU supports dual-channel memory, so for the best memory performance a 2 x 4GB kit would be better.

You honestly wouldn't even notice the difference without benchmarking it. A single 8gb stick allows for an upgrade to 8-16-24-32
