how do i start a fullscreen program on my second display?

i wand to start my games on my secon display but how do i doe thath i looked it up and there is a alt enter way but it doesnt work with all my games so if somebodey knows a potential or definitive selution you would help me by much.

Get Actual Multi Monitor

I think the easiest solution is to change the windows settings for primary monitor.

 

clicking on your desktop with the right mouse button and then going into screen resolution should probably give you the means necessary to change your primary monitor.
