B+M M.2 SSD compatible with M key socket?

If I wanna put samsung 850 evo m.2 ssd on Gigabyte's X99M Gaming 5(matx) mobo's M.2 socket,

would the ssd still be work?

 

Also, on the same mobo, if i wanna utilize the wifi m.2 socket, what wifi card am i supposed to use?
