Lately people have been texting me on my phone saying, hey Dee this is lee i'm in darwin, ciao.

And i have no idea how he got my phone number, but then he said "Go suck a dick" and "combi mock" what does this even mean and how do they get my number. 

Probably spam, just block the numbers

Unlikely that. because i only have a few contacts, and they are my parents which barely know how to use a phone
