So I am stuck (again xD) , my current mobo is:

CSGO = Sniper, I seem to be able to AWP 'well' apperently 
RPGs in general = Mage or Tank w/ resoration

Get the i5. The motherboard has no effect on performance. 

Ok but what about ocing?

I'd save money and go with a locked i5 since you can't OC it with that board anyways I don't think.

I'd save money and go with a locked i5 since you can't OC it with that board anyways I don't think.

I can oc as my cpu is @ 4.2 but i cant seem to adjust the voltage soooo.

If you are gonna stick with your mainboard, don't get a k cpu, if you gonna upgrade your mobo in the future anyway then go for it.

Or get a used gtx 970 or save up for a new one.

OR just get a used i5-k and z-board for that price, those things last forever anyway so no danger really if you verified that they are working in the first place.

You can overclock on the H81 boards as long as you've updated the bios. 

I have done, but will it handle a powerful chip like an i5?

I think buying used hardware is really underappreciated if you are on a tighter budget, i got a 4770k (even lm modded) + z87x-ud3h for about 280€/~200GBP, didnt regret anything.

Especially with skylake release, many will try to sell their older hardware, because they are looking to upgrade, so prices will be pretty low probably.
