Now i have following questions:
1) is this psu good enough for this build, i do intent to overclock
2) end of this year i'm planing on buying ultra wide monitor, will 970 be alright or should i go with 980 rather instead

I would throw in maybe a bit of a higher wattage psu for those components.

Also you could save a bit of money on the mainboard and some on the HDD, without noticeable differences.

CPU: i7-4770k (LM modded) - MB: GA-Z87X-UD3H - RAM: HyperX, 16GB 1866MHz - GPU: Palit GTX 980Ti Super - Storage: 1TB HDD + 500GB/120GB SSD (850 Evo/840) - Monitor: Predator XB271HU - PSU: 700W BeQuiet 80+ Gold

Looks good overall to me. Perhaps like @Mecami said maybe go for a higher wattage psu like the 650. This will also give some more headroom if you plan to overclock someday.

Cheaper Motherboard

Stronger and Faster Card

You can upgrade RAM in the future when needed

Larger case; room for future upgrade will be there soon
