Are you sure every cables are plugged in correctly?

Make sure your CPU power is connected, the plug should be in the top left corner of the board and it'll either be 4 pins or 8 pins.

Does your speaker (the one in the PC beeping either long or short) give out any codes?

I have a good feeling something isn't plugged in or attached right.  Retry all your PSU cables, re-seat your CPU, re-seat the RAM, and try again.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!
