Hello I am new on this forum and my name is Andrej from Slovenia.  So i would like to buy a water cooling system for my pc atm i got core 2 quad q9650 and asus radeon r9 290.

I would like to overclock my pc and because this graphics cards alredy have high temperature i want to do it with water cooling. So my question is if somebody can tell me what to buy (which radiator, how many of them, which pump and that things, which fans to get...). I got around 800€ for my budget for watercoling gpu and cpu+ pc case.

So for pc case i was thinking about fractal desing define s is that good case for water cooling or are there any betters for that price?

And what things to get for cpu+gpu water cooling?

Oh yeah i would like to buy things from ekwb which are from my country

Sorry for my bad english

Thanks for your answers!

Yes it is old but still good for games which i play and for what i do on pc it is socket lga 775. In 1 year or 2 i buy all new parts for pc but first i want to get water cooling.

Yo, man I'm sorry, but I don't think they sell lga 775 CPU water blocks anymore. You should use your 800 euros to upgrade and then water cool. If you water cool now, you'll have to buy new water cooling components again for your upgrade. I'll keep looking for lga 775 blocks, but I highly doubt it. I would seriously recommend upgrading your CPU, mobo, and RAM. If you have that kind of money to burn I would recommend getting a 5820k, or 4790k for the CPU, any X99 or Z97 board, and if you do get a X99, buy 8-16 gigs of DDR4 RAM. Then you can focus on upgrading. Because after you water cool and then upgrade, that's it, the same components aren't guaranteed to work on the upgraded components.

Cool. But if you upgrade make sure you upgrade to one of the sockets on the compatibility manual so you can reuse components. Lastly do you want rigid or normal tubing? Do you want a VGA block?

1. EK Supremacy Evo

2. Black Ice Nemesis 360GTS® XFLOW Ultra Stealth Cross-Flow Low Profile Radiator

3. EK XRes 100 pump, reservoir combo (If you want a larger reservoir get an EK 240 reservoir tube, in addition to the reservoir it looks really sexy)

4. Tubing and Fittings? (I need to know rigid or normal)
