Why is it "Insider Preview" ? OR is this normal ? 

 

I just investigated mine, ignore it, it must be a bug in the way Intel identifies a user's PC.

Driver issue probably

 

I'm Downloading Version 15.40.4.64.4256 (Latest) for HD4400.Hope it is Driver issue ....

May be you are on Insider program.

 

Do a driver update. If it doesn't fix it, Please re-install the Windows 10 by new ISO.
